WearFed is an online footwear store serving customers in the United Kingdom.

Section 3A – Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. While we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory information, products displayed on the website may occasionally become unavailable after an order is placed. If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we may cancel the affected portion of the order and issue an appropriate refund.
Section 4 – Prices, Taxes and Billing
Prices displayed on wearfed.co.uk are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated.
Any applicable UK taxes are included where required.
Shipping and delivery charges, where applicable, will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
As WearFed currently delivers to United Kingdom addresses only, customers will not be charged additional customs duties, import taxes, or customs clearance fees at the time of delivery.
If any applicable shipping-related taxes or delivery charges arise as part of arranging standard delivery to United Kingdom addresses, WearFed will cover these where required.
You agree to provide accurate and current payment information for all purchases. You warrant that (i) your payment details are true and complete, (ii) you are authorized to use the payment method provided, (iii) charges incurred will be honored by your payment provider, and (iv) you will pay all applicable charges, including shipping, handling, taxes, and fees displayed at checkout.
Section 5 – Shipping and Delivery
At this time, WearFed delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Delivery is not available outside the United Kingdom.
We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, BFPO addresses, or forwarding services.
Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:
- Carrier delays;
- Severe weather conditions;
- Public holidays;
- Transportation disruptions;
- Government restrictions or regulations;
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. WearFed shall not be liable for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
WearFed remains responsible for ensuring that your order is delivered to the address provided at checkout, or to another delivery location agreed by you.
Risk of loss passes to the customer once the parcel has been delivered to the customer, a person nominated by the customer, or an agreed delivery location.
If a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier but cannot be located, customers should notify us promptly so that we can assist with an investigation.
Section 5A – Taxes and Additional Charges
All prices and shipping fees are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).
