How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, choose your preferred size and quantity, add the item to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we may be able to help. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. A confirmation email will be sent shortly after your order is placed.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days after dispatch. Estimated total delivery time is 6–11 business days from the date the order is placed.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard delivery on orders of £49.90 and above. Orders below £49.90 are charged £4.99 for shipping. Any shipping cost will be shown at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking email with your delivery link.
Do you ship internationally?
WearFed delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Delivery is not available outside the United Kingdom.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Contact our support team with your order number and request details. We will guide you through the process.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the item is faulty, we cover the return cost. For other cases, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued after inspection and usually processed within 1–7 business days after the return has been approved.
How do I choose the correct size?
Please refer to the size guide on each product page for the best fit.
Are your shoes true to size?
Most WearFed shoes fit true to size. If you are between sizes, we recommend checking product details.
